Question FASTPANEL: best way to move sites from another server?

I'm moving about 15 sites (mostly WordPress) from an old server to a new one running FASTPANEL. What's the least painful way to do it without downtime?

The approach that usually works best:

1. Lower DNS TTL to around 300 seconds a day before the move, so the switch spreads quickly.

2. Create each site and database in FASTPANEL first, with the same domain name and PHP version as before.

3. Copy files with rsync over SSH (fast, resumable, keeps permissions):
Code:
rsync -avz --progress old-server:/path/to/site/ /var/www/user/data/www/example.com/
Adjust the destination to the site path FASTPANEL shows you.

4. Export and import each database:
Code:
mysqldump -u olduser -p olddb > site.sql mysql -u newuser -p newdb < site.sql

5. Update config files (wp-config.php etc.) with the new database name, user and password.

6. Test before switching DNS by pointing the domain to the new IP in your own hosts file.

7. Switch DNS, then issue Let's Encrypt certificates in FASTPANEL once the domain resolves to the new server.

FASTPANEL also has its own transfer tools for importing sites. If anyone has used them for a bigger migration, please share how it went.
