Copyable help-request template
Use this with the rules above. Replace the brackets, remove fields that do not apply, and preview before posting.
Code:
Title: [Panel or service]: [specific error] after [change] Panel and exact version: OS and version: Web server / PHP / database versions (if relevant): What I expected: What actually happened: When it started (include timezone): Last change before the issue: Steps to reproduce: Exact error and a short, sanitized log excerpt: Checks already tried and their results: Scope: one website / all sites / panel only Backup or rollback available: yes / no

Share enough evidence, safely
  • Paste text logs using the editor's Code button. Include a few relevant lines around the error, not an entire log archive.
  • Remove passwords, API tokens, private keys, cookies, session IDs, database connection strings and personal/customer data. Also check URLs and screenshots for secrets.
  • Use consistent placeholders such as DOMAIN_A and IP_A so the relationships remain clear. Keep error codes and version numbers intact.
  • Never post credentials or grant strangers root access. If a secret was exposed, revoke or rotate it; hiding the post alone does not invalidate it.
  • If sharing a screenshot, crop it to the useful area and permanently obscure sensitive values before uploading.

Choose the right section
Panel-specific problems: aaPanel · CyberPanel · FASTPANEL · HestiaCP · CloudPanel · Other panels

Infrastructure questions: Linux administration · Web servers · Email servers · Networking and DNS

Operations: Security and hardening · Performance · Backups and recovery · Panel comparisons and migrations

Not sure? Use Issues & Problems. Search first and post one question in one appropriate section.

Start with the panel introductions
aaPanel FAQ · CyberPanel FAQ · FASTPANEL FAQ · HestiaCP FAQ · CloudPanel FAQ

Close the loop when it works
Reply with the cause, the exact fix and how you verified it. Mention any version-specific caveat. That makes your question useful to the next admin with the same problem.
